Le Monde Wellness First CIC is run by a professionally qualified diet and nutrition adviser with 16 years of expertise, with food safety and hygiene.

The aim of the CIC is to educate local communities in London about their dietary choices habits and healthy food options. We will support individuals to go through nutritional assessments, develop bespoke diets to meet their needs taking into account their special nutritional and dietary requirements for people with special conditions as well as allergies.

The activities undertaken by the organisation will be to provide healthy nutritional advice and cooking/demonstration classes focussed on raising the awareness of the relationship with diet food and health. Our aim is to help the community to know about good nutrition and reduce bad habits such as eating fast food which is a major cause of obesity, high blood pressure and other related diseases.
